Jennifer Lynch

Associate

Jennifer J. Lynch is an associate in Best Best & Krieger’s Environmental Law and Natural Resources practice group. Her practice areas include environmental, natural resources, and land use law.

Jennifer received her law degree from University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where she was named Clinical Student of the Year in 2012 for her outstanding work representing local organizations and low income residents in both transactional matters and civil litigation. Jennifer was also a member of the Hastings Moot Court Team, competing in the National Environmental Law Moot Court Competition in New York. She also served as a senior editor on the Hastings Science & Technology Law Journal.

Prior to law school, Jennifer worked for several years as a land use and environmental planning consultant, serving both public and private sector clients throughout California. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners, a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED-AP), and holds a Masters in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of California at Irvine.
